I hope I have informed you sufficiently.
So...
About 7 months ago i have created here a thread (where i wrote this email - Dear Sascha...), where I concerned about nondelivery of package (CycloDS Evolution card for nintendo DS) because of its nonavailabitliy (but on your web site was the card was available to purchase. You offered me a compenstation ((m3 DS real + rumble pack), but this card is CHEAPER and it doesn't the quality of the CycloDS Evolution Card. I NEVER GIVE ANY APPROVAL to deliver me this compenstation instead of my card that I wanted.

I sent you back UNCLAIMED goods and I hoped, that you WILL SEND ME BACK MY MONEY.
Nothing happened and you delete my thread and you NEVER SEND MY MONEY BACK.

Should I start act by legal avenue to get my money back or this situation begin will be after year and a half solved?

Again I stated, that I've all paid in advance to your account!!

22.6.2009 I sended to you all informations which did you want (Iban, Owner...etc.) But than i obtained email from you (Marc Dannenfeld, Konsolenprofis.de" <md@konsolenprofis.de> on Monday at 18:31 and second email on Thursday at 12:15) but both emails were empty...

I think, that you didnt obtained my email with informations. It's rigt?

unfortunately I never received your answer. I don't know what goes wrong, I'm using a normal emailaccount and I really don't know why I didin't received your answer. It seems that this forum is the only way to get in communication with you. I will start a new try and send you this text as copy to your emailadress. Please answer again, and give me an informtion via this forum when you answered my email.

I think it's much better to solve the problem with the wrong bankinformtion via email instead of making your secret data public in this forum. I hope this time the emailcontact will work. Be sure we are absolutely interested to solve the problem quick.
